The Westacre Group recognized the need to provide clients with more flexibility and individuality when it came to designing, building and finishing their homes within the traditional plot and plan gated village concept. This concept of bespoke designs and individual project management became a trademark within the development space and Westacare became synonymy’s with providing hands on personalized service when it came to construction of clients homes within the Westacre Gated communities.

This concept has grown and Westacre Homes has since branched out into the open market space to expand and provide this high level of quality and specialized project management skills which has been perfected over a period of 26 years.
