Project Management
With 28 years of experience in turn key projects as well as , plot and plan projects has aided Westacare Homes in the unique art of Project Management. Our experience and understanding of project pre-planning through to effective handovers sets us apart from conventional and traditional construction companies.
We provide our clients with detailed Bills of Quantities on approval and signature of either the MBA contracts or JBCC contracts. Management and coordination of professionals throughout the project is undertaken.
We guide and manage each project with effective communication and provide platforms for regular site meetings to ensure good program control and effective procurement details and dates.
Monthly contract reports and financial project cashflows ensure clear and transparent project management and aid the client whether they are seeking financial aid through banks or self funding.
